RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

VOIDR accepts returns within 3 days (72 hours) from the delivery date only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Return requests submitted after this period, or for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects, will not be accepted.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging.

PRODUCT TRIAL & CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Customers are allowed to try on purchased items upon delivery to ensure size and quality meet expectations.
If the customer decides not to keep the item, it may be returned to the courier immediately before the courier leaves the delivery location, free of charge.
